M365 Licence Optimiser
Enter your current Microsoft 365 licence counts and add-ons to identify redundant licences, consolidation opportunities, and potential cost savings.
About this tool
How M365 Licence Optimiser works
Enter how many of each Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Frontline and Business licence you have, the security and compliance add-ons, and which features you actually use. The optimiser points out licences that overlap, add-ons already included in a suite you own, and where consolidating would save money.
Savings are estimates based on typical UK list pricing. Your real prices depend on your agreement (EA, CSP or MOSP), discounts and region, so check with your Microsoft partner before changing anything.
Questions
Does it connect to my tenant?
Nothing. You answer questions from what you know about your tenant, or can check in the admin centres; the tool doesn't sign in to Microsoft 365 or read anything from it.
Where do my answers go?
Your answers stay in your browser and are worked out there. The site only counts, anonymously, that the tool was opened, finished or downloaded.
